Ahead of the league’s 30th season in 2026, adidas Basketball has created an exclusive seeding kit to commemorate the major milestone and the women who have shaped the game on the court and in communities, beyond any single season.
Inspired by the traditional 30th anniversary gift, the pearl, the design introduces a refined interpretation of the W’s signature orange, elevated through thoughtful detailing that reflects the passage of time as journeys around the sun.
Anchored in the belief that “the game moves because women move it,” the narrative bridges legacy and progression, honoring the women who made the game what it is and what it will become.
Athletes who will receive the kit include Aaliyah Edwards, Aliyah Boston, Alysha Clark,Betnijah Laney, Candace Parker, Chelsea Gray, Chiney Ogwumike, Erica Wheeler, Hailey Van Lith, Kahleah Copper, Kaleena Smith, Satou Sabally, Sophie Cunningham, and more.
