Your Air Force 1 Mid just got way more durable.
The sneaker, already known to be built for any weather, is now literally being built for all weather.
Nike has introduced a GORE-TEX upper on the Air Force 1 Mid that allows even the most careful of sneakerheads to wear the sneakers despite what the weather is forecasting for the day. That is not the only upgrade the sneaker has seen, though.
Introduced previously on the Air Force 1 Low, the Air Force One Mid is getting a Vibram outsole. So, for those keeping track at home, not only has the upper been upgraded to deal with weather conditions, but so have the midsole and outsole. The Vibram sole not only makes for an even sturdier shoe, but it has also made it more reliable in slippery or harsh surfaces.
The Nike Air Force 1 Mid ’07 GORE-TEX Vibram is available now via Nike.
