The raffles for Joe Freshgood’s latest New Balance collaborations have now gone live.
This early access raffle period will be open until Thursday morning. It appears the orange pair may be exclusive to JFG, as the Purple pair has appeared in launch calendars of boutiques.

Update: April 13th, 2026
Joe has taken to social media to give us the first proper look at his upcoming collaboration on the 1890.
In the accompanying post, Joe shared that the special capsule is inspired by his favorite rap music videos.
“I used to run home from school just to catch my favorite rap videos in the 90’s. All the Bold colors and crazy energy. (From) Busta & Janet, Missy…Juvenile….It all did something to me,” he explained.
Joe also revealed that the sneakers will be nicknamed “Finger Waves” and “Naughty Things”. There is currently no release date scheduled for the collection, though it is expected to land sometime in the Spring.

Joe’s strong partnership with New Balance looks to be continuing into 2026.
The Chicago native shared an Instagram dump, very cheekily captioning “Press Release”, that included what appears to be Joe’s next project with New Balance.
The sneaker in the post is the latest New Balance to get the big push, the 1890. The model, which was reintroduced to an excited audience via a special collaboration with Action Bronson, has enjoyed the spotlight. Whether it has been special early launches or the return of classic colorways, the sneaker has been allowed to shine.
Now, New Balance’s biggest partner is also putting a spotlight on the shoe.
