The “Atelier” Air Max 95 honors the new collectives redefining the creative hustle in Paris’ “third space” studios. The sneaker features a neutral gradient upper that fades into the Air Max 95’s signature black midsole. The stylish sneaker is reminiscent of the beloved Comme des Garçons collaboration from 2020. The upper is meant to evoke the feeling of a prototype, or a work in progress. The “I-95” design is forged from the strength of the Baltimore community. Baltimore’s street bike culture influences the molded TPU sneaker with heavy-duty mesh and metal d-ring eyestays for a look that’s rugged and ready for the ride. a high-energy.
Finally, the “Seongsu” colorway draws on the dynamic and evolving energy of Seoul’s vibrant neighborhood, known by its subway station number, 211 — connecting history and innovation.
The sneaker uses an expressive gray upper, black accents, and red laces that are inspired by the city’s reimagined creative spaces. The Photon Dust and Dark Smoke Grey colors throughout the sneaker reference industrial materials used in the architecture of Seongsu district, another area where Korean design is rooted in tradition, but not living in the past.
