Hosted by freelance journalist and SoleSavy member, Alex Wong, we’ll also have special guests, hot takes, and prizes to give away. Here’s what’s in store:

  • A one-on-one interview with Josh Roter, co-owner of In Vintage We Trust: IVWT is an iconic vintage store in the Parkdale neighborhood of Toronto. We’re going to chat about why vintage is so trendy right now and Josh is going to show off some pieces from his collection
  • We’re going to chat about Nike For You Dunks, and what people think about these Nike custom options. If you’ve got old NikeiD pairs sitting around, bring them to the Zoom, we want you to tap in and show off your favorite customs, maybe we’ll even give away a prize for the top pair!
  • We’ll banter about your most anticipated releases of 2021, and just the year in general. What is the one shoe you need this year? Who will be this year’s New Balance (New Balance again?) What is everyone doing when life finally (maybe) gets back to normal again?
  • We’ll chat a little bit about the first month of the NBA (Mandatory 5 minutes about the Blazers for DP)
  • And two important things to talk to DP about, in order of priority: if he has a favorite Drake song yet and SoleSavy raising $2 million.
