As football fans around the world turn their eyes to the biggest stage this summer, Nike is preparing one of their most ambitious capsules to date.

The collaboration, which spans the globe with seven pairs of Nike Cryoshots and matching jerseys, is part of what the Swoosh is calling ‘X2’. Nike has partnered with seven federations, seven collaborators and seven community organizations creating the future of youth sport to unveil its X2 capsule collections — each an expression of football as culture, community and sport, reflecting national pride through style and a distinctly local POV.

The kits explore each federation’s heritage, culture, and identity, offering a sense of optimism and forward-looking inspiration. The X2 collections sit at the intersection of football, culture and creativity. Each is shaped by their federation, then reinterpreted through the lens of designers, artists and the communities that live the game every day, reflecting national pride through style and a distinctly local POV.  Nike tapped its X2 partners from around the world to collaborate with their corresponding home team on the design of the kits to recreate soccer classics, capturing the energy and tailored to the culture of each locale. The co-branded designs allow fans to rep their teams in the stadium, on the streets, or anywhere their nation gathers.

Within X2, Nike developed collaborator versions of the Cryoshots, pulling classic Nike boots from the vault and made for everyday wear. From the Cryoshot Mercurial Vapor R9 x Netherlands x Patta to the Cryoshot Zoom M9 x USA x V.A.A., Nike encased each football boot studs in crispy clear outsoles so that fans can wear their favorite cleats on the street.

Nike selected a local youth sport organization to be the third partner for each X2 collaboration. Nike invests in these organizations in support of their daily missions with a long-term commitment to create the future of youth sport.

The full collection includes:

Canada x NOCTA: Les Rouges by NOCTA, honoring Canadian Women & Sport

In partnership with the Men’s National Team and Canadian Women & Sport, NOCTA reimagines the national team’s merchandise using familiar silhouettes inspired by the country’s heritage, national symbols, and football culture.

England x Palace: The Three Lions by Palace, honoring Football Beyond Borders

Palace brings together football and streetwear for a collection that honors the famed English National Team. Palace pays tribute to England with design inspired by St. George’s Cross on a slim-fitting and sweat-wicking top with co-branding on the chest.

France x Jacquemus: Les Bleus by Jacquemus, honoring Sport dans la Ville

Jacquemus fuses fashion and football to create an unforgettable collection. French identity and elegance are on full display with a tasteful take on the tricolors of France’s flag. Refined stripe patterns bring vintage craft to the players on the field and every fan cheering Les Bleus around the world.

Netherlands x Patta: Oranje by Patta, honoring Favela Street

Patta’s federation collection is a spirited celebration of the Netherlands. The States Lion mixes with charms representing KNVB players’ heritages. Combined with the city-specific symbols, the collection honors Dutch unity and strength on the pitch and around the world.

Nigeria x Slawn: The Super Eagles by Slawn, honoring the Bravehearts Ladies Foundation

Slawn brings his raw artistic energy and signature hand-drawn style to the players representing Naija on the field and the fans spread across the globe. His bold and unfiltered take on the Super Eagles wings celebrates the vibrancy of Nigerian heritage.

South Korea x PEACEMINUSONE: The Tigers of Asia x PEACEMINUSONE, honoring We Meet Up

For their federation collection, PEACEMINUSONE created a uniform inspired by generations of Korean gatherings. KFA-specific design collides with details from modern Korean workwear for a look that reps your team whether you’re on the field or cheering around the world. PEACEMINUSONE fuses their iconic flower with KFA-inspired imagery.

United States x V.A.A.: The Stars & Stripes by V.A.A., honoring Coalitions for Sport Equity

For V.A.A.’s Team USA collection, they channel vintage Americana to reimagine the look of ‘94. Virgil Abloh’s visual legacy shines throughout the collection with bold graphics and a playful reinterpretation of nostalgic style.

The X2 collections will be available at collaborator and federation retail beginning June 11, at Dover Street Market retail beginning June 13, and across SNKRS and select Nike partner retail beginning June 16. The seven pre-match jerseys featuring the community youth sport organizations will be worn pre-match by their respective federations at all friendly games.

Sole Savy is unreal! With a busy schedule it’s hard to keep up on shoes, and the group keeps me up to date on releases, tips on how to manually cop, and a marketplace with killer deals from fellow like minded collectors. It’s changed the sneaker game for me!

@SoleSavy is the truth. They've helped me cop kicks I never would've imagined getting at retail. Members always willing to assist on drops too. And most of all, a REAL community of REAL sneakerheads. These guys should be the gold standard for sneaker communities! #LifetimeMember

My membership paid for itself three fold by being solely responsible for my union 4’s, mesh sacai waffles, sacai blazers, court purple aj1s, glow in the dark yeezy 350s, travis scott lows (which I traded to get desert ore ow’s), air max 1 londons, bc3’s for way under retail etc.

Can't say enough about SS. The stellar help with copping shoes is a given but it's the community that makes it extra special. Hands down one of the best decisions I made as a wannabe sneakerhead.

The community of sneakerheads and resources available to help manually cop are great and really will help you get more Ws. The Zoom calls for hyped drops like Union Jordan 4 only adds to the camaraderie while providing real time instruction
